Quality

We aim to satisfy our customers expectations, but know that sometimes problems can occur when purchasing online without the option of seeing the product.

Wood is a wonderful material, full of fabulous colours and markings and with many variations in texture. It is also prone to ‘moving and twisting’ depending on the conditions it is used in. To us, these properties mean that each item we make is totally unique and interesting.

We cannot guarantee that every surface will be flat or every corner square, but every item is full of character.

Returns Policy

At Fynewood we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, to encourage our customers to purchase from us in a secure online environment, when they don’t have the option to examine the goods before placing an order.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund including the cost of standard delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition or we may deduct a charge to cover the loss in value from your refund.
Bespoke, customised or personalized items cannot be returned.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
