Making A Purchase


Products that can be purchased online have a buy button.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

For online purchases, we accept card payments (Visa & Mastercard).
If you do not wish to pay online, phone us – we can provide you with our bank details for direct payment.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When you receive confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All the prices on the site are in UK £ (pounds sterling) and inclusive of VAT at 20%.

We use Stripe to process online card payments.
They provide a highly secure service which includes Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode.
They are 100% PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

When making a payment in person at our premises, we accept card payments and cash.

By phone:

If you wish to order bespoke products by phone for collection later, we will email you an invoice with a link to a secure payment page enabling you to pay by card. If preferred, we can provide you with our bank details so that you can make payment direct from your bank.
